eyeranian is a California-based directory serving Iranian and other North American businesses and consumers.
eyeranian is owned and operated from the State of California, United States. It is a community business directory and advertising platform. The word “Iranian” in our name refers to the heritage of the communities we serve in the United States and Canada. It does not describe where we operate, and it does not describe any customer, listing, advertiser, or payment located outside North America.
All services offered by eyeranian — free directory listings, ownership claims, community events, paid featured advertising, and product sales — are available strictly to individuals and businesses physically located and legally operating in the United States or Canada.
Business submissions accept only United States and Canadian addresses. Paid advertising requires a business headquarters, operating state or province, and billing country in the United States or Canada. Products ship to United States and Canadian addresses only.
eyeranian operates exclusively in North America (United States and Canada) in strict compliance with U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC) regulations. eyeranian does not facilitate transactions, host listings, or process payments involving sanctioned jurisdictions or persons.
eyeranian does not knowingly provide services to, transact with, or process payments for any person, entity, or business located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, including:
eyeranian also does not provide services to any person or entity designated on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, or on any equivalent restricted-party list maintained by the United States or Canada.
Before a business listing can be submitted, the submitter must certify that the business is physically located and legally operating within the United States or Canada and has no ownership, control, or agency relationship with a sanctioned jurisdiction or person.
Before any payment is taken for advertising, the advertiser must provide their business headquarters country, operating state or province, and billing country, and must repeat that certification in writing.
Every listing, ownership claim, community event, and paid advertisement is reviewed by a human administrator before it becomes publicly visible. Submissions showing an address, phone number, or ownership detail inconsistent with United States or Canadian operation are flagged and declined.
Paid advertising is available solely to businesses legally established and operating in the United States or Canada. A free directory listing is separate and never requires payment.
A directory listing is free of charge and carries no payment relationship of any kind. Payments are accepted only for optional featured-placement advertising and for products sold directly by eyeranian, both of which are offered solely within North America.
