Account details you give us (name, email address, and where you provide them, phone number and city), the content you submit (listings, claims, events, reviews, photos and messages), and basic technical information such as device type and pages viewed.
For paid advertising and product orders we also collect your business headquarters country, operating state or province, and billing country, and we record your sanctions certification.
To run the directory, verify eligibility, review submissions before publication, respond to your messages, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations including United States sanctions screening.
Approved business listings, published events, reviews and the display name on your profile are public. Contact details you supply for verification — your name, email, phone and stated relationship to a business or event — are visible only to administrators and are never shown on a public page.
Our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (card details are handled by the processor and never stored by us), our email delivery provider, and mapping services used to place a listing on the map. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, tax and compliance records. Access is restricted, and traffic is encrypted in transit.
You can request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and content. California and Canadian residents have additional rights under the CCPA and PIPEDA respectively; we honour those requests free of charge.
eyeranian is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
