eyeranian is a California-based directory serving Iranian and other North American businesses and consumers.
By using eyeranian you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services are offered strictly to individuals and businesses physically located and legally operating in the United States or Canada. You may not submit a listing, claim a listing, publish an event, purchase advertising, or buy a product unless you and the business you represent meet that requirement.
Paid advertising additionally requires a business headquarters country, operating state or province, and billing country within the United States or Canada, together with a written sanctions certification.
You may not use eyeranian to list, advertise, promote, sell, or facilitate any transaction that involves, originates in, or is destined for a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, including:
You may not use eyeranian if you are, or act on behalf of, a person or entity on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List or any equivalent United States or Canadian restricted-party list.
Also prohibited: money transmission or remittance to sanctioned jurisdictions, travel or shipping services into sanctioned jurisdictions, weapons, controlled substances, adult services, counterfeit goods, and any activity unlawful in the United States or Canada.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Listings, claims and events are reviewed by a human administrator before publication and may be edited, declined or removed at our discretion.
A directory listing is free. Advertising is a separate, optional, paid product that places an eligible North American business in a featured position. Advertising fees are charged in advance for the months selected and are non-refundable once the placement is live, except where required by law.
Products sold on eyeranian ship to United States and Canadian addresses only. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Reviews, photos, messages and event submissions must be truthful and lawful. Abusive, obscene, defamatory or fraudulent content is removed. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
eyeranian is a directory. We do not endorse, employ or guarantee the businesses listed, and we are not a party to any dealings between you and a listed business. The service is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and by applicable United States federal law, including export control and sanctions regulations.
